Hello there, It was such a nice experience with CASHe. The only problem I am facing for the past months is the application error. Every time I open the app, a pop up appears and states that due to technical glitch it can’t be open and they are trying to get it fixed. I am unable to login to my account, I have tried several times login in IOS or Play Store but it shows the same issue for the last few months. I am unable to locate my details or the due dates, however I am getting the alerts for the payments but still the application needs to work and I should be able to see all the details.
From being the best to the worst
As it goes without saying, whenever there is something new in the market, there’s always key factors that are honoured such as value for product, customer service etc. but as you progress and start gaining popularity you tend to overlook quite a lot of things and you’re no longer the same company. In my case, I’ve been a customer since probably the inception and I’ve looked forward to cashe for many of my needs and I was glad I chose you. However, of late there’s no proper response for why your application is rejected and your folks from customer service just use robotic responses just to maintain so called service levels. I really don’t understand how an application can be rejected when nothing in the profile has changed nor any major changes w.r.t to SLQ as well. This is the 2nd time this happened and I previously referred and suggested your app to many who were in need. But now with my experience, I’ve personally told whoever I referred not to continue with cashe. Not that it’ll make any difference to the company with just a handful uninstalling the app, but customer experience does matter in the end. Goodbye cashe and thanks for helping in need and thanks for teaching me not to rely too heavily. UNINSTALLED
CashE doesn't value old customer.
When the app launch at App Store I downloaded and I used to enjoy the services from December 2017. However now you guys made the name in the market
And you have earned the money so you guys have not valued the old customer. Just remember in the school we used learn moral old is gold. So now you guys have stopped giving loan Due to my low CIBIL score. But you guys never ever thought I was with you Guys for more than two years. Even you guys have made my CIBIL worst due to your mistake as my loan was closed but you never marked as closed. When I opened my CIBIL reports I came to know you have screwed my score due your laziness team haven't updated it CIBIL and other bureaus team.. Thanks to RBI team with the help of them as you updated my score after 1year. I will never ever recommend to any of my friends, family and colleagues to use your service. Infact as you guys says that you have revised your internal credit rating criteria, why people will use your service it's better they will go to Bank and they will apply loan.. now all the Bank they provide Instant loan & pre-approved loan. After all bank doesn't Hack the phone contacts and What's app message and all the personal stuff.. they way you guys do the business.
