How accurate is elevation?

At about 1 m from sea level it shows 10 m. Even after climbing around 5 m it still shows 10 m. Kindly address this issue if possible.

Wrong Directions

Hi Team,
I’m using iPhone since 2016, the same iPhone 7S. And I usually take help from the app Compass.
Recently I discovered that these directions of Compass app are not working meticulously, it’s wrong and having deviation of approximately 60 degrees…
Kindly correct the same and do the needful.

Apple watch not showing altitude

Location is activated in watch and phone but elevation is not showing altitude level in watch. Done everything to get the same. Erased this app several times, restarted location, phone/ watch restarted several times but nothing gained.
