Great experience (not perfect tho)
I’ve ordered thrice, and pairs were legit, collection is great… There was a delay in one of my orders probably because they had sourced the pair from US (as I was communicated). Apart from that, overall I’ve had good experience. The customer service team is helpful but sometimes, they take over a day to respond.
Frustrating experience
I had high hopes for Culture circle, but dealing with their customer service was a nightmare. Whenever I messaged them on WhatsApp with a question or to check on my order, it took them forever to reply. Sometimes, they didn't even bother replying at all, which felt really rude. Which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, my order, which was promised to be delivered within a week, took an entire month to arrive. Despite my numerous attempts to reach out via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls, I was met with silence. It wasn't until I threatened to file a consumer complaint that I finally received a response, and even then, it took additional prompting for them to take action. This experience left me feeling frustrated and almost scammed. It's disheartening to see such poor customer service from a company that prides itself on selling quality products. Unless they make significant improvements to their communication and service standards, I cannot recommend this app to others.
Worst customer service and poorest response time.
I have ordered a pair of New Balance sneakers from Culture Circle more than 45-50 days ago but they still haven’t been shipped or delivered. I tried reaching out through their WhatsApp support like 100s of times but haven’t received a single reply. I mailed them but the only reply I got from them was a feedback link. Apparently they appointed a “representative relationship manager” who texted me on WhatsApp and when I told her my problem she started ignoring the issue too. I don’t know what else to do or who else I should approach but I will definitely have to approach the Consumer Court regarding this. If you are ordering from this app beware because it’s based on luck if they want to they will deliver what you ordered, if they don’t feel like it they won’t even answer your queries even after taking your money. So please invest and buy your sneakers from other apps. I have all the necessary proofs and this is not a fake review. Buyers please beware!
