Delhivery Protect offers coverage against loss or damage of parcels in the Delivery Network.
Q. Where do you provide service?
We provide coverage for every state in the country covering almost all Indian household and populated locations. With 18,600+ pin codes we cover top metros like Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Tier-I cities, Tier-II cities, Tier-III cities and even the remotest villages.
Q. Do you provide express options for inter-city couriers?
Yes, this service is available on select routes and transit lanes for orders. We provide express and standard courier both.
Q. Do you provide hyperlocal service?
Yes, we will be able to provide hyperlocal courier in your city however we do not provide instant drop off.
Q. Will Delhivery also pack my parcel?
We currently don’t offer packaging services. We request you to keep your shipment packed and ready for pickup. We recommend using packaging materials suitable for your shipment to avoid any damage. Please write the AWB number generated on your order confirmation screen on the package.
Q. Would I need to print the shipment label?
No, you don't need to print and paste the shipment label. Our field executive will carry a pre-barcoded flyer for your shipment.

Good app but fix the error
Hi. Every single time I open the app, it asks me to create the new account. And the cross icon (X) doesn’t work when I click it. So every single time I have to put my name, email address again and again which is really frustrating. Kindly fix it as soon as possible, and it’ll be good to go. Another small thing I noticed is when I put the pincode in the address, mostly the cities and state names start with small case letters. Which doesn’t look good. UPDATE: I removed one more star because app has a lot of bugs. Now every time I reach for the payment, it says session expired. Nothing happens in the screen after I enter the OTP. The app is not letting me do any bookings.

Worst service ever
Recently, one of my package was going to be delivered by them. The date showed on the app was 3rd april. I got a call on from the delivery agent on 31st march asking to provide the OTP because he didnt want to deliver it himself, he told me that he will send the package in the evening. I said no you can give me tomarrow or the 3rd of april as it was the date mentioned in the app. The next day i was unable to take the call and when i called him back he said he was someplace else couldn’t deliver. The place he was at is 5 minutes away from my place. I said ok and asked he would come the next day and he said someone else is that route the next day, so i waited till 10 or 11 am and when i called him he said the other delivery agent will contact me. I said i can meet him at the place where he’ll call me and i waited and no one called. Delivery was failed again. Today I waited it show out for delivery but it didnt show and after sometime i got a message showing my delivery is being returned although the delivery date is set at 3rd april he didnt call me if i was available or not, just straight up returned it. Now after I raised a ticket the support told me to call the dispatcher. These people had 3 days to give me package, and I accept that I messed up once.

Bad behaviour by delivery agent and Poor customer service
The delivery person M Venu called me at 8:32 pm to deliver my package. I requested him to wait for 30-40 mins to reach home since I was in office. He then connected me to another person who wasted time on phone for about another 10 mins explaining the same thing to him. The call was disconnected from his end at 8:44 pm. I called him back ( it’s again a 3 min conversation)and requested to give me at-least 30mins to reach home to which he agreed. So I rushed from my office to reach home at 9:11pm (24 mins to reach home)inspite of heavy traffic. We called him for about 25 mins back to back around 19 times and he did not even bother to pick my call or even bothered to call back. I did not even get any sms or notifications from the Delhivery app about the update regarding the delivery. I also tried to reach Delhivery customer service only to find the options with the IVR are extremely limited and was not able to reach any customer service representative. The delivery agent simply fooled us and mad it look like an idiot. Customer service is extremely poor with no options to reach any customer service representative.
