Very very very bad product, service, customer care

Aquaguard as a popular brand bluffing with customers. Found the new product as defective. Company took 15 days to replace even if it was a brand new product and the technician found the issue while installing after opening from the brand new box. Now after 1 month again I found the issue with the Aquaguard water purifier machine or May be with the adaptor. From last 7 days I raised 3 complaints with customer care. Talked to local service provider 5 times and team is saying due to personal problem technician is not able to visit my place, ordered adaptor which can be replaced but they don't know when the adaptor will come and they will replace at my place, technicians are not available due medical reasons, due to raining technician is not able to visit my place and so many other unnecessary reasons to make delay. Due to this issue I am drinking direct tap water which can be injurious to health and I am not getting any valid or proper response neither from customer care or local service provider in Bhubaneswar. This is horrible and I never face this kind of issue before with any other brand or product

Very poor service and quality of product

This is just not the app feedback but also product and service feedback, if you have bought any of their product recently try to get your money back as they have 30 day refund policy, although they keep me hanging and I was never able to get my money back. I have purifier and softener and both of these products are very average and have continuous issues. I took AMC for purifier and then the support becomes very poor, technician don’t visit, escalating to CC is useless as they are themselves helpless and can only escalate, they have mostly outsourced their services and quality of service is also very poor. If you want your life to be revolving around tensions and poor quality of product then only go by them else get your money refunded immediately. No two thoughts. For purifier go for Kent or anything else, any local vendor can give good service than them, also never buy their AMC if you have an existing product. Be aware of their scam advertisements and try to avoid them at any cost

Water purifier worst product

We took this water purifier in july 2023..since day one I told them to replace it as it’s not working properly and always air blocking is happening..they kept sending some guy name Chenna reddy..this person is very rude and never listens to the problem..today also he called up and spoke rudely..worst product and bad behaviour..today also I asked him to replace the machine without consulting without the company without even listening to us very rudely he is saying replacement won’t happen nor refund will happen..I went on telling its in still warranty but he is always rude to us..is this the way customer service is working?worst service and worst product..ppl should never buy their product and ima suggesting every person to stop buying eureka Forbes cos of poor quality..I told that service guy not to come as we r not slaves for them to accept such behaviour nor we took the product for free..too much of attitude Mr chenna reddy has got..I don’t know why these ppl hire such service guys..
