Eureka Forbes 4+

I put mandetory service request for 2nd Sep,21 till 5 th Sep,21 no body turn up. after raising complaint through app, i received call back that nonopen request in system for mandetory service. I put another request instantly but same isse , it was not visible to customer care personnel. Finally he suggested to book new request rather than mandetory request. same was visible to customer care person , so I believe service person will visit on scheduled date. This bug in the app caused inconvenience.

I am trying to login and fetch my product info but it’s showing there is not product under this registered number. I have also raised this issue with the customer support twice but for no help. Also I felt the customer support were not trained to handle this kind of technical issues of app. I have no complaints about the product of eureka Forbes but unfortunately I am disappointed with the app. I am really surprised a company like Eurekaforbes couldn’t design a simple user friendly app and also have not trained their technical customer service team. It’s been more than 6 months still I don’t find my product in the app. Let’s see how long The company will take to address my issue.

I purchased eureka forbes RO purifier. And I spent maintenance cost and part replacement cost in 6 months inspite of one year warranty. Then after 10 months again system is not working and i raised problem through toll free number on date 9th January 2021, because whenever i login into App, but App seems that “my product doesn’t linked with this App”. And as on date no service Engineer visited at place to rectify raised problem.
I appeal to public not to purchase such eureka forbes product, it’s worthless to buy and service is not satisfactorily (Failed to attempt problem in 48 hours). And product was not full fill warranty as they mentioned. I requested to toll free assistant for talking with technical team, but still no response from them.
