Worst service from last 4 months

I ordered a product and waited for more than 20 days to get the product delivered. Since past 15 days i got sms update that my product on going to be delivered today and shared delivery agents number and delivery managers number. But the whole day i awaited for the product but no one called me and when i called the agents no one answered and at the end of the day i got another sms that your product was undelivered . This went for all the three days . Even i took follow up from Flipkart customer executive and let them know the issue, they also gave me fake promises that my product will get delivered within expected time. But now after 3 days when i checked flipkart has cancelled the product on their own without customer knowing and consent. Now after Big Billion Days the products price have increased . I called the customer care again for help by reordering or by vouchers as i have not cancelled the product and i need the product. But they now say that this is not possible once product cancelled. Flipkart is just fooling customers and wasting their valuable time and money. Never trust flipkart they will play with your patience and will make you as a customer feel like you have done something wrong. After all that again ordered product after two month of these issues I faced same problem again same thing happening. Worst service from Flipkart

Pathetic customer service

They take multiple orders , but in this regard if you cancel multiple order due to any reason and ask refund , surely the amount discrepancy would be noticed with no proper solutions , after 15 days or so each of the order ID the customer agent would ask , you provide them all after alot effort to each them via call , they would simple bang the call without proving any solution and someone call and say I want to assist you again you start no end of the saga , finally no solution with your money credit

Again , you order multiple products at a go , ask for one replacement due size issue they would starngely give you call that you have denied replacement , which is intrue , as when your delivery boy would ask any replacement you would say , where my my new product , so what should i exchange , ?? You deliver the new product and replacement product would be exchanged against replaced product , which is separate but they would delay with untrue calls and followed by sms of denied replacement
The greatest problem is your app cannot handle various order separately and fix up all , customer service agents have no clue . Pathetic customer service.
