I am happy with the overall service provided by them. Even for damaged or unwanted item, their return/refund policy is good. Problem starts when an order is not delivered. There is no “ one to one “ interaction available. You just state item is not delivered and sit wondering what next, This has happened with me thrice. First time I didn’t bother as the amount was negligible. Second time, they noticed and made the delivery. But third time no such luck. The chat options are for damaged/missing part in the shipment. But what do I do when the delivery has not happened and at quite late in the night I get a message that “item was handed over to the receptionist “First of all, our society doesn’t have a receptionist. Only security guards are there. They claim not to have received any parcel for our flat. So basically I live in Delhi for the first time I thought may it’s my mistake but when it happened 2nd time I was very sure it is delivery guy fraud first time I ordered a power bank worth rs 1000, I wasn’t at my place to I asked the guy to deliver the same to my neighbour. He said okay and asked me to give otp so I gave him one and then when I came back asked my neighbour he said he didn’t get any parcel. I even tried contacting customer care but of no help.2nd time I ordered an earphone. I didn’t get any call from the delivery guy and no number was shown on the app too. But then I get a message the order will be delivered tomorrow as we were unable to contact you. The very next day same thing happened again and then I got a message from a four digit number ki order le lo Wrna cancel ker Duga as I rushed to the delivery guy he said call nhi lg rha tha ab kal lena. I went so far leaving my work to collect the order and then he refused to give and asked me collect the next day. Then obviously I called the customer care regarding this and she called the delivery guy asking him for the reason and he said that his number was blacklisted which wasn’t true because my order history was very clear and when I asked customer care to verify what he said about my number she said we don’t have access to it I mean what rubbish. Very disappointed and disgusted with their service though she assured me to get it deliver today or by tomorrow but I am still sceptical about it. Will soon update about it

The worst delivery service a customer can get. I'm really disappointed. I had ordered a product couple of days ago and the app said one of the product was delivered on Saturday and it says the product was delivered but it’s not . I called the customer service and they said the product will be delivered to my address. I also mentioned that the products needs to be delivered to my address and the delivery executive is supposed to call me before delivering the product to make sure I'm home and he needs to deliver the product to me. The supervisor assured me that. The same thing happened yesterday. The delivery executive never called me. And the app says the product was directly handed over to someone at home . I called the customer service again and spoke to a supervisor and he was least bothered to do anything about this. And I got the worst customer service. He was literally interrupting me every time I tried to talk and was talking over me and I got no resolution. Also customer care give fake promises about complaint and no and I got no solution They only care about prime members I think Worst App and service

No 1? My friend ordered a dishwasher worth 45k and it was broken when it arrived, no where it was mentioned that some open box policy is applicable on it, delivery partner also didn’t bother to mention. When she called the customer care they said they sent a mail, and that’s all, one of the mail of other 100 mails she receives every day. For the OTP text also they didn’t care to mention that the customer should ensure that there is no damage in the product. Yes they expect us to check the entire machine for an hour long making the delivery partner also wait to get the OTP from us, a Protocol which was sent by a mail to her and reached the spam. They expect us to check spam also for their valuable information conveyed just through mail. Highly highly disappointed as they don’t get that a major chunk of Indian population barely know how to use Internet!!!
