Few Months Back I shifted to Pune. Due to Pandemic I rented a house and converted in Office space. Due to Pandemic it was difficult to go out and look for appropriate furniture, but I found Furlenco App. Was amazed with the options of product with a affordable rent. I added few products. And was thinking wether to go for it or not. As sometimes Images you see are different from actual product you received. I closed the App. Few hrs later I got a call from Furlenco OfficeStaff. The staff is so polite and friendly he gave me Fantastic solutions. I placed my order. And guess what. They are so punctual and committed. Exact fantastic products delivered on time they committed. Professional delivery boys, clean and neat work of assembling. I Refered to many of my friends. You will get all the support within no time. I love this company. So loveable people. God bless the Company. Not only 5 stars 🌟 50 Stars ✨ they deserve. If you are really looking for rent out the home furniture Furlenco is the only option I would prefer.

Good products but terrible pathetic customer service

This review is based on our experience over the last five years. We have been using their products because of their good quality and design. They definitely have better product quality and modern designs than other rental players in the Indian market. We didn't mind paying a little extra for that. But when it came to managing customer service/ issues/ change requests they are one of the worst, completely untrained and incapable. Even for simple requests/issues, every time we had to chase them for weeks and sometimes months (through multiple emails/ calls to different people). There is no coordination between the customer service team in Bangalore and the on-ground teams in various towns/ cities. Most of the time team was clueless about the issue or the next steps. There is no integrated system to track and log issues/ events, so every call is a new start. Through emails, you will rarely get a reply. And add to that the average wait time for their customer care number is around 8-10 mins. Even while returning the products, it took us more than a month after daily follow-ups. We had faced around 5-6 such incidents (every time it was just hell). In hindsight, so much frustration and harassment was not worth we should have discontinued the services long ago.

DO NOT FALL PREY TO DELIVERY TIMELINES

To get a sale - They will commit a strict 72 hours of delivery. Then they will send you an sms for a 7days delivery. You keep calling them and each time ur promised a call back. Nobody calls back. When u have escalated the matter to all levels they prepone the delivery by a day to 6days. On 6th day they Sms delivery scheduled for 7th day. When u contact them after lot of escalations, you are informed items are NOT in stock. So instead they will deliver something that is in their stock, but it not something that you ordered for. They promise to replace it once the actual ordered item stock arrives, for which they don’t have a date. They have ruined all your time, money, have put you through turmoil and still don’t have a clue to resolve the issue. If the stocks are running late, why the hell do you put delivery time lines on your website and App??? On what basis your sales person assured on multiple calls that it will be delivered in 72 hours??? Now why you suddenly don’t have stock??? How were you planning to send Sms schedule for 7th day and then deliver the items that I ordered? Who pays for the airline tickets which I had to change for your promised delivery 6th day date????

For all interested in dealing with Furlenco - Please take email confirmations on delivery. Also to avoid disappointment keep at least 15days in hand for your actual order to arrive. All delivery promises in print and verbal are a BIG SHAM.
