good service
was really happy with Getlook service as it's a class apart from other services, I have used at home before. I prefer at home service as I would like to spend my day off leisurely at home and not in the traffic. Getlook assures this as they are on time and services provided were by par the best l've used so far. I can even say better than salon service. The products were great and hygiene was maintained. the professional assigned to me was very polite, professional and excellent in her work. She did not rush nor did she waste time. It was just perfect. Thanks guys. Would like to book your services soon. Ps- please do provide a stool/portable chair for the professionals to work as their work is tedious and many households do not have that. Best and Budget
Pathetic Experience!
Really pathetic experience. They don't even know how to manage their customers. I booked an appointment through the app, asked me for my home location and promised that their beautician will reach “on-time”. At the exact hour of the service, the beautician called me and told me she will be late by an hour, still acceptable. The beautician called me to aak for the exact address. A few mins later their customer service person asks me to re-schedule by lying about road blocks and traffic conditions and unavailability of autos, none of which was true trying to cover up for their inability to arrange transport for their beautician. Their customer service person kept on persuading me to re-schedule just because they couldn’t get their beautician to my location. On requesting for another beautician, they told that no other beautician is available and kept on persuading me to re-schedule even after wasting so much of my time. Their customer service person was constantly kept lying over and over. Ultimately, I had to cancel my very “first” appointment. Not at all recommended to others for booking any sort of services. They ruined my very first experience and I am not booking any further appointments and uninstalling it. Thanks a lot for wasting my time.
Doesn’t deliver what they preach , unprofessional and extremely disappointed
On my first appointment the beautician came 2 hours late and they did not inform me about the delay unless I called the customer care to find out. The next time I booked my appointment was supposed to be at 4 and they did not again inform me that the beautician cannot come for my appointment Cz she has been delayed from her previous appointment.. I understand such things can happen but as a service company you need to inform ur customers and not wait for them to call you first to give the status . They expect us to assume that when their beautician doesn’t call or turn up we need to know that our appointment is canceled ( we need to use our sixth sense here that’s the expectation ) and finally when we call to find out the status they are just bluntly say sorry and they do not sound apologetic at all they talk as if they are doing us a favour - we pay for the services we book and it’s not free of cost so I dnt understand y the attitude. And also when they want a review or want us to rate them they are constantly sending us message and calling us but when they need to call and us to inform about important things about our appointment they choose not to be proactive .. extremely disappointed in the way they treat their customers ..
