GOQii is a Smart Preventive Healthcare Ecosystem for you and your family which offers personalized 1-on-1 Coaching, Doctor Consultation, and Expert advice. GOQii offers various health and fitness plans, various features that are useful for monitoring health and fitness. GOQii also offers reward points called GOQii Cash which is rewarded to uses for demonstrating health behaviors like completing daily steps target or participating in a health challenge.
GOQii Health CARE Plans: GOQii offers various health plans like Family Care, personal Care plan which gives digital access to GOQii care team consisting of GOQii Coach and GOQii Doctors.
GOQii Coach & Experts: GOQii coach & Experts are trained and qualified dieticians & fitness instructors who help put you on your best path to success. You will get consistent support, motivation, and expertise through video base classes, unlimited text chats and scheduled calls through the app.
GOQii DOCTOR: GOQii Doctor is a qualified physician who provide lifestyle and health consultation. They are not a replacement for your regular Doctor and should not be consulted for any emergency medical situations or critical health conditions. GOQii doctors do not prescribe medicines. (Currently available only in India)
GOQii HEALTH LOCKER: Enabled you to keep track of your and your family member’s health records in one place that's organized and is available easily in a time of need. You can store lab results, prescription history, etc. in GOQii Health Locker.
GOQii HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENT (HRA) : A set of questionnaire-based HRA to help you better evaluate health risks and quality of life. The screening assigns you with a health risk score and generates a comprehensive report for you.
GOQii Karma : You are rewarded with 1 Karma point for tracking 390 steps which you can give as a contribution towards any of the worthy causes listed on the GOQii platform. In lieu of this virtual donation, GOQii’s Karma partners will make a real monetary donation offline which the NGOs.
GOQii HEALTH STORE - GOQii’s Health Services Marketplace offers a whole suite of health products and services in partnerships with various health service providers. (Currently available only in India)
GOQii REWARDS (GOQii CASH POINTS) : GOQii Cash points is a rewards points which let you earn and redeemed for multiple health products/ discounts/services in the GOQii Health Store. Every activity done on the app you will earn a certain amount of GOQii Cash points. (Currently available only in India)

Nice product
Ian writing this review after using the product for almost a month, it is easy to use, the battery runs for 4 days and it rightly tracks the foot steps at least and also as part of its first 3 months subscription you will get free personal coaching and I was really impressed with the person whom I connected with, as they promptly reached out to me exactly on the schedules time and did what she was supposed to do the right way, very prompt and professional, I also scheduled a call with doctor and he was professional as well and was able to address my concerns appropriately, the experience was much better than the ones we get on doctor’s other virtual online platforms, I was impressed. Coming to the accuracy of the device’s reading especially spo2 and heart rate, I am not sure how accurate it is and haven’t tried comparing it with doctor’s actual equipment, if that turns out to be accurate then I will rate this device a full 5 stars without any doubt
Awesome app
I had gifted GoQii band to my wife on her birthday two years back and i think it was one of the best gifts she has received from me as she claimes. It has been two years she is using GoQii and the reviews she has have motivated many of her friends and colleagues to purchased it.
Being a true supporter of GoQii, she reveals how GoQii has lead to healthy and positive changes in her life. This has now motivated me to purchase the subscription of GoQii and inculcate the same healthy living in my life.
GoQii has now come with a new band with exciting features of not only tracking steps but other vital parameters like heart rate and blood pressure, The new look is classy too. There is a Goqii store where you can buy healthy products at a very reasonable rate. You get to earn points which can easily used for shopping in the app. The app is also equipped with new features, where you can make friends and share your daily habits. One can also see fitness realted videos like dance yoga and other exercise which one can practice with ease. Besides GoQii team organises weekly walks and runs which makes you active and fit.
But the star features is the personalised coach you get which track every habit of yours and makes you to lead a healthy life by making small little changes in your lifestyle. In fact, my wife says that her coach is like her friend who guides her at every step. So its time to get going!!! Happy Goqiing..
GoQii is the best fitness package
I am very satisfied with the GoQii fitness trackers. Me and my husband bought these couple of months ago, and it has really helped us stay active and fit during these bad pandemic times. Honestly, I never thought that I would ever use a fitness band to measure my activities as I was a regular walker myself. But I must say, GoQii has transformed my lifestyle and interest in fitness tracking completely. I earlier casually bought a Vital 3.0 after my husband bought the Smart Vital. I was a bit slow to get started on the health coaching but once I spoke to the coach for the first time, I said to myself, why not try it out? It’s all for my good. And it worked wonders! I have gained some weight, changed my food habits and lifestyle and now I am very happy with my energy and fitness levels. My tracker really gave me goals which I enjoyed adhering to. And the excellent coaching is helping me keep my vitals correct and most importantly getting me back in shape. In fact, I was so pleased with the GoQii tracker and its accuracy, I upgraded to Vital 4.0 i just after a month and am super satisfied with this one as well. The accuracy is excellent as before and this one has more great and user friendly features. I have recommended GoQii to many and would continue to do so.
