Great app
I genuinely love the concept of this application! Just started shopping, enjoying and stacking a few extra sats.
Had an issue on one of my transactions - but that was solved by the prompt customer support team and they are very quick in providing services as well. Would love to see higher rewards, and more brands if possible hoping for the some positive updates too to make this application more efficient.
Pathetic services and immature managers
The only pro of this app is the idea of getting btc with every purchase. There is some or the other issue every now and then. Sometimes the issue is with loading money and other times there are issues eith swiping of the card. Even after years of launch they failed to sort out even the basics. There are hardly 2-3 executives and the customer care services are so pathetic you need to wait forever to receive replies from them and an added advantage is they don’t work on weekends and holidays. Suppose if you have any issue in the friday eve, you should wait till monday morning to get the issue sorted. Irrespective of how bad the service is you shouldn’t criticise, else you will be removed off the whatsapp/telegram groups. Fed up of these nataks of the management of this next to useless app.
