The garments weren’t cleaned and the customer service is pathetic!
I had given quite a few garments to be washed and many came back with a lot of existing stains, the customer service just called and apologised but did nothing else to correct it!

Most expensive app
Dear friends, please do not install this app by using any advertisements. If you install and register you won’t be able to delete your account only log off option is available. So in this case your mobile number and email I’d will be saved in their database. However if you want to check the price they are offering 25 rs just for ironing. Even it will more when u place the express delivery. So think twice and download this app.

We would like to inform that there is a option to uninstall after the app download & as it’s a one app for all the laundry service, we request customer to check the rate over app to get rate chart for all the laundry service which are available. We have pickup & delivery service too & rates are standardized.

Simple & convenient
I have used the GoTidy app to book multiple laundry requirements. It is simple and their delivery people are very prompt and courteous. One suggestion on the app would be to accommodate different types of laundry (wash + dry clean) in one order. This would help save time.
