HDFC Bank Digital Rupee 4+

I made the unfortunate decision to register on this platform, believing it would provide a convenient solution for sending and receiving money. However, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only have I been unable to perform basic transactions, but the customer care is equally disappointing.

Attempts to reach out to customer support have proven futile, as they seem oblivious to the issues surrounding this wallet. It's clear that there is a significant lack of awareness and responsiveness on their part, leaving users stranded with unresolved problems.

Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this platform. There are undoubtedly more reliable alternatives out there that value their users and provide competent customer support.

Hey Apple Store why do you allow such lousy apps and degrade Apple App Store experience? This HDFC Bank Digital Rupee app does not go beyond load the Messaging app to send message to verify the mobile number. Because the "Send" button is behind the keyboard and it is just impossible to reach that. The app then times out stating that process has to be completed in 5 seconds.
What a lousy app. Why was this app even launched with so many flaws?
Apple please take care of urself else these people will pull u down.

Before I install the app I went through the reviews, I noticed so many negative reviews. I thought this not going to work for me also. But the installation and registration process was so easy. One single suggestion show the bank branch along with the account number while showing, it’s hard to remember the last digit of account numbers
