Theis doesn’t work properly in Iphone 14 Pro Max.
The responsiveness is not good and there is a bud in display transaction details after the payment is done.

I can’t able click back button in the top.

This app is not designed to work on Iphones, you only can click account statement and transfer to India. ( even though they have different options for payment, Debit card and other options). Profile can not be accessed from the app. Vary basic need of an banking aap is not present. Coming to ICICI UK PLC account services, I got my account opened while I was in India and I moved to UK before the delivery of ATM card. After several attempts by Bluedart( surprisingly, another worst delivery company, even the full address was mentioned on the cover he still wanted to call me to deliver the parcel. They can’t google it and find the location (though they being delivery company their deliveryman should know the area and should be able to locate the address without google maps.) the ATMs were returned but ICICI’s netbanking shows it to be delivered to me, in fact which was not. Have rang the Customer support today morning and got my ATM blocked. Hoping they have actually blocked it. You are loosing a customer and a lot of bad references for sure.

Very good for day to day normal banking transactions. Digital account opening is really super fast and debit card got delivered within 4 days. I was able to open the account even before visiting UK. Superior GBP/INR exchange rates with a easy to use money transfer to India facility!
