I availed Revv rental car (Toyota Innova Crysta) for a driving excursion. The overall experience was nice. The driving has been pleasant. I also liked the overall booking and support experience. This was the first time I booked a rental car. Using the Revv app was pretty easy and self explanatory. I also got additional required information through Revv support center calls, which in turn helped to plan things better. The delivery and pick up of the vehicle were prompt and well managed. The overall framework has been laid out pretty well to provide very good online experience to users.The only area where I felt it could have been little better was if I had received a relatively new car. The one I received was already driven for about 1.4 lakh KM and whenever I was trying to reduce the speed on highways, I was feeling bit off-balance and steering wheel was very much shaking. We also had a puncture on the rear tyre on driver side; may be the tyre condition or tyre air pressure was not checked properly during the hand over of the vehicle. These little things would be really important to ensure safety of the users and vehicle. Hope Revv will take care of this next time.

I used the service for the first time and it has been a very poor experience. The car that I initially booked did not turn up the way it was promised. The car that I got as replacement did not have the features that I wanted in the car that I had booked, for example, the car did not have navigation features. For somebody who was driving in Mumbai for the first time, it was very important to have navigation done smoothly. I had to rely on my phone which was very problematic because of calls that I was receiving and nowhere near the steering wheel to keep the phone steady. I was also made to go myself and pick up the car almost 3 hours after the initial pick up promise time. What about the money that I paid for the cab that took me from my hotel to the pick up point? More than the money, the inconvenience that it cost me because I had two small kids and I had to carry them with me to the pick up point. The whole reason of doing a delivery was ensure that I did not have to take up this exercise myself . It was not just a matter of convenience for myself, but because of small kids. There is no compensation that I have received for the three hours of delay and the delivery charges that I paid, even though I was promised all of this. All points of my interaction with Revv starting from the delivery of the service and the steps taken to compensate for the horrible experience, have all let me down.

Like many people, the only reason I used Rev was to avoid the hassle of owning a car. These hassles include, the purchasing, sale, maintenance issues, etc. I was told by Rev that I would not need to worry about these issues. Let's be clear, this is the ONLY reason to use this company. The prices are absurd for the run down cars they send you, so the only reason to use them is convenience. However, they do not deliver on this promise. I've used Rev twice. The first time I was disappointed at the state of the car, but at least they did what was advertised. So I decided to use them one more time. They sent me an old Honda Amaze, with a dent in the windshield scratches all across the body and the door rubber had fallen off and was lying on the seat. I then used the car and when I was out in Bangalore an Innova brushed my car and drove off. I tried to call the Revv number, but there was no response. When I returned the car, there was a small scratch on the side of this old car that already had at least 20 scratches. They charged me 3500 for this! Will never use again. And I encourage you not to as well. The accident was one I had no control over - no insurance company will charge for that, but they didn't listen.P.S. Booked Swift Amt for 5 days. Overall pleasant experience. Call center Customer support were not up to the mark but they got the job done and were cordial on call. Would recommend their service to others as well. Need improvement in Application.1. Car with how much kms running completed to be displayed on app.2. In cases where you want to take on road delivery due to location not in coverage area of the app should be allowed to select the location if it is near eg delivery in available in kharghar but not in Panvel so app should suggest possible nearest location. 3. If taking on road delivery out of coverage area of the application. If the license address and home address is same then why the customer support staff asking address proof of location where you cannot have any reference. My home address is Panvel and taking delivery in seawoods Navi Mumbai then why the delivery guy was asked to show address proof of seawoods. This caused lot of hassles and time wastage of 1 hour. More then required time. These things to be taken care on call not at time of delivery of vehicle and when the payment is done.
