When the successful repayment is done from payment app it instantly doesn’t reflects on mpokket app and show payment failed and after an hour its shows payment is done, Solve this issue asap!

This is one of the most frustrating loan apps I have ever used.After repaying all my loans, my account is now showing a credit limit of -₹98,000 and an available credit limit of ₹0. I have never taken a loan anywhere close to ₹98,000, so how is it even possible for my credit limit to become negative? Is this a system glitch or a serious error? There has been no explanation.To make matters worse, the customer support is terrible. There is no live chatbot, the customer care number doesn't work, and the only way to contact them is by email. I have already sent multiple emails about my issues and haven't received a single meaningful response.An app that deals with people's finances should have reliable customer support and accurate account information. Instead, I'm left with an unexplained -₹98,000 credit limit and no one to help.Until this issue is resolved and the support improves, I cannot recommend this app to anyone. One star.
