Journey Planner: Plan your journey in Hyderabad with TSavaari App. It will provide details such as approximate fare, distance, number of stations and interchanges on any route. TSavaari will help you to locate your nearest Metro station using route information module. The planner has many travel options, including Hyderabad Metro Rail, local autos, OLA cabs & auto, MMTS and TSRTC buses. The UI should be friendly app , I was in Delhi for a week , when I just landed in station , I downloaded and started using of my own with out any help of routes. But am in Hyderabad since 20 years , am user of metro from day 1 , but still am not at all comfortable and understanding I’m using the app. I appreciate the efforts made on app development, but need to be refined and should be user friendly as Delhi NCR metro app . Please compare once with that .

Constant Crashes Ruin User Experience

I’ve been using the Hyderabad Metro app for quite some time now, but the frequent crashes have become a major frustration. Every time I try to access important journey details like onboarding and deboarding times, the app crashes without fail. It’s incredibly inconvenient and disrupts my travel plans.Not only does this reflect poorly on the reliability of the app, but it also undermines the convenience that it’s supposed to provide to users. I’ve tried reinstalling the app and updating it to the latest version, but the issue persists.I urge the developers to prioritize fixing these persistent crashes to improve the overall user experience. It’s disheartening to see such potential wasted due to technical shortcomings. Until these issues are addressed, I’ll have to explore alternative options for managing my metro journeys.Overall, disappointing performance and lack of reliability make it hard to recommend the Hyderabad Metro app to others.

Thanks for creating this app in order to manage daily transit better. Have the following observations 1) Couldn’t find ICICI bank listed inside the recharge card option.2) All payment modes seem to attract some transaction charges apart from the amount that is being recharged with. People would rather prefer recharging their cards at the metro station itself and not use this app.3) For iOS, the app doesn’t show any cancel or back button once we enter the recharge page which shows various modes of payment. Only way out is to kill and restart the whole process.4) There must be an option to read the card number through the mobile’s camera. Else the app has to remember our card number and link it to the account. It’s a hassle to enter the number every single time we try to recharge.
