Apple Design Award (ADA) winner Agenda connects your notes to your calendar—so meeting prep, project plans, and decisions stay tied to when they happen.
Most note apps lose track of time. You jot something down, it vanishes into a folder, and a week later you can't recall why you made that choice or what you prepped for that meeting.
Agenda changes this. Each note sits on a timeline with your calendar. Get ready for next week's client meeting, capture decisions as they occur, and review exactly what brought you here — all in one glance.

YOUR NOTES, LINKED TO YOUR CALENDAR
Attach any note to a date or link it directly to a calendar event. Mark notes as "On the Agenda" to highlight them in a dedicated overview — your shortlist of what's crucial right now.
A TRUE TEXT EDITOR
Headings, lists, tables, checklists, indented blocks, and preformatted text — with the ease of plain text input. Concentrate on your writing; Agenda manages the appearance.
FILES, PHOTOS, AND LINKS
Attach files and images to any note. Everything syncs across your devices and can be previewed inline.
PROJECTS AND CATEGORIES
Group notes into projects, group projects into categories. Drag to reorder, collapse to focus, or let the timeline organise for you.
MAC, IPAD, AND IPHONE
Agenda syncs across all your devices via iCloud or Dropbox. Share individual notes for real-time collaboration — ideal for team meetings or shared lists.
FREE TO USE, FOREVER
Agenda is free with no time limits. Premium features are available through a yearly subscription — and you retain every feature you unlock, even if you cancel. A one-time lifetime purchase is also available.
A note-taking app that stands out thanks to its clever use of time. You can attach a specific date to each note you create, tie a note to an event already on your calendar or organise your notes on a timeline, making it easy to tap a specific date and find the note you created.
Want to use this app regularly

So I have been searching for a notes app ever since I stopped using Evernote. Tried almost every single app there is but couldn’t really settle on one. I came across Agenda first on Mac and was eagerly waiting for the iPhone app, because a notes app can’t just be a standalone Mac app.I really like the idea of merging notes with to-do, and would want to explore more of this and how it could fit into my style of taking notes and working with them. But, I can’t seem to go beyond composing notes since Agenda doesn’t autocorrect mistakes or treat the composing part as ‘writing’. Needs to have more options for text. Till then, looking forward to how the app develops! :)
Developer Response
Can you perhaps contact us and let us know what sort of corrections you would like? The app should already support the standard built in corrections, which appear above the keyboard.
Worthless, literally.

This app is nothing but a paid version of Apple notes with some UI changes to make you feel good about paying the subscription. Free version looks like but it’s useless. Paid version is expensive than Evernote with less features and capabilities than Evernote. I don’t understand why would someone pay for this app when there is a free version (Apple notes) which does better than their premium version (you can’t attach images in notes neither pdf) and is more expense than the 1 year subscription of Evernote (I don’t know about bear) and you have to waste time shifting all your notes like stupid cuz they don’t have proper paste features since it’s literally feature less, a glorified version of 1947 version of Apple notes which won some design award. EXCEPT FOR UI, EVERYTHING ELSE IS UTTER WASTE OF MONEY. And you can’t even get a refund. Gg. I feel like a fool trusting this app.
Developer Response
Please note that we do not use a subscription. You can use the app forever at no cost. You can pay an IAP to get all current premium features, plus any we add in the following year. After that you can keep using the app at no cost, or choose to pay again for new premium features. There are no automatic recurring charges — it is not a subscription. Agenda has a very different approach to organizing your notes, and some very powerful navigation. All in a very attractive and clean app. This is why many people are finding it fits better for their needs than Apple Notes or Evernote. You can contact Apple for a refund, like with any purchase in the App Store.Images are our current top priority and are coming soon to macOS and iOS.
iPad Pro keyboard
Vinodity
The only reason i hesitate to go pro is the fact that ‘Agenda’ Isn’t fully integrated with the iPad Pro keyboard- for example say navigating between words using the ‘up, down, left and right’ keys on the keyboard, the navigation is slow and painful, more often than not I’m having to use my hands to take the cursor to the desired word; also no shortcut support for New headline creation and many more such things. Needless to say, the experience of Agenda on an iPad Pro keyboard is far from my experience on a regular keyboard on a pc on some other app.
Developer Response
Be sure to check out the keyboard shortcuts for navigation here: https://agenda.community/t/introducing-agenda/51/8 Also, you can create headings etc by typing by using the markdown syntax like ## Some Heading, as outlined here: https://agenda.community/t/taking-notes/52/2
IMPROVED
- Widgets now hide your note content while Agenda is locked, keeping it private on your Home and Lock Screens
FIXED
- Fixed search sometimes showing no results for a fully typed tag
- Fixed a rare crash while typing
