Ride safely
Safety is our top priority. You’ll see who’s coming to pick you up and in which car right in the app. You’ll see info about the driver, such as their name and rating, and will be able to share your route with whomever you like so they know where you are.
Smart destinations
Yango will suggest destinations for your rides based on your ride history, like first offering ‘home’ as a destination because it’s your most common request on weekday evenings. Ride the smart way!
Multiple destinations, one route
Yango makes everyday life super easy. Like picking the kids up from school, dropping a friend off at a market, and doing some quick shopping on the way. Just add a new stop in the app, and Yango will recalculate a new route for the driver.

I had booked and paid for a trip through the Yango app. However, upon reaching the destination, the driver requested payment again, and due to a misunderstanding, I ended up paying an additional AED 22 in cash. I informed the driver that the fare had already been paid online, but unfortunately, he did not understand and insisted on the extra payment.Despite raising this matter with your customer care team, I have not received any support or resolution, and the extra amount has not been refunded. ⭐ 1/5Very disappointing experience with Yango. I would not recommend this app.I had an extremely frustrating experience with Yango. Yesterday, I was charged around AED 68 for a very short ride of approximately 4 km, which took only around 10–15 minutes. This is an unusually high price for such a short distance.What is even more concerning is the customer support. I contacted them regarding the excessive charge, but they did not provide a proper explanation or satisfactory resolution, and they refused to refund the amount.Today, I booked a taxi but did not even take the ride, yet I was still charged. When I contacted support, they acknowledged that it could have been an application or driver-related issue and said they would process a refund for today’s charge. However, they still refused to properly resolve yesterday’s overcharge.The customer service has been extremely disappointing. There was no proper call, no clear explanation, no meaningful assistance, and no compensation for the inconvenience.I strongly recommend that users check the fare carefully before and after every ride and be cautious when using this service. If these issues continue, I believe the relevant authorities should look into the pricing and customer-service practices.Very poor experience. I would not recommend Yango until these issues are properly addressed.

Misleading Points System and No Support in Dubai

Yango claims you can “pay 1 AED and the rest with points”, but that’s not true. You can never pay just 1 AED - you always have to cover the main part with your own money. The most you can use in points is 15 AED for a long ride and only a few dirhams for the short one. I contacted Yango support and they told me to reach out to Yango Play instead, which makes no sense since points are used for taxi rides. I still wrote to Yango Play support over a week ago and never got any reply. Misleading promotion and poor customer support.
The app is now... a super app! Book rides, order food, and send parcels. How could it not be super, right?
