Due to some error, my UPI got charged but my FASTag balance didn’t reflect it. Couldn’t find a way to reach customer support from the app but was able to find a way to connect to customer support through WhatsApp from their website. The customer support person was super helpful and responded very promptly, that too late in the evening and fixed the issue promptly. The app kept crashing whenever I tried to update my vehicle number, for which too customer support updated it for me from their side.Primarily using for FASTag. Yet to try out other features of the app.

Using this app from past 3 months now. Overall a good app, but it lacks some functionality which is much needed.My Car Dealer registered my profile and made a mistake in giving right email ID and also did it put my last name in Name section. Getting that updated is a big pain and I am currently going through customer care but that is also not helping. They are asking customer ID, which I don’t have any clue from where to find it.Profile update section shall be provided to the end user, so that basic details can be updated or atleast some way which user can update it via Customer Care.

Hi1. I am unable to tag vehicle number. Why can’t you tie up with RTO and fetch car number based on chassis number or KYC details 2. No provision to top up fasttag balance in the check balance option 3. Updating customer information is not allowed 4. RC card takes kingship to come. Till then how to update car details ? Provide some info with info button 5. Make it very easy to use the app, don’t complicate it6: take feedback from your oldest customers and incentivise them with 1000 rupees fasttag balance. Spend some money with ten customers who will give you valuable inputs. I am willing to volunteer 7. Make your app so good that customers ‘don’t feel like going anywhere else’Regards John

This Highway Delite is just like other financial scam company. Initially they gave food services but later they turn out to be frauds.They keep your account on hold giving reason as KYC is not updated when they themself take the kyc document and do a full kyc. And they make ur account balance zero when u complete your kyc again and then ask u to recharge again and dupe you with all the previous balance you had in your account. And the delite they give u is there is no way you can contact their executives. They will ask you to mail them or chat via whatsap where they give lame reply like stone age bots.Pathetic app and sick founders. They will loose the game and never be successful.
