Cons: 1) Maps are the worst provided by MapMyIndia. After every turn, they loose connection, and announce”Take right and then take left”. Annoying! Maps are not so dynamic and new as Google maps is!2) Contact or provide feedback on a specific feature on Kia Connect app and Kia Car infotainment is not available.3) Apple AirPlay/Google CarPlay for Phone projection feature is not available from Kia Connect app.4) Infotainment system on Kia Caren’s does not update, a strange bug “Check storage, please try again”5) The UI experience is confusing.Recommendations: Replace MapmyIndia with Google Maps.Provide the Contact/feedback facility on Kia Connect app.Apple AirPlay/Google car play facility on Kia Connect app.Resolve any other known bugs and release new software updates.
AC not turning on by default

Before turning off the engine after reaching the desired location, I would always first turn off AC manually by pressing the button below infotainment system and then i would stop the car totally. Then before driving next time, I would simply use Kia connect app, to start the engine for 10 minutes, with AC turned on in the option and everything would work just fine. This was until 6-7 months ago, when I started encountering issues with the app. Everything remaining the same - now when I start my car with the app - 1. It would start but - without turning AC on. This is such a bothersome as I would always start my car with AC on option as Delhi is hot and humid. Been doing that since 4.5 years. Now, the dealer/service provider state that the car has always been starting with AC only when AC was turned ON while turning the engine off. Which is ridiculous. Please can someone shed some light on to this matter?

Hey Kia you should make a car that has 6 seats 2 in the front 2 in the middle and 2 in the back and the front and the middle seats should be massager captain seats with a remote to control them , and the car should have high voltage , enough space to walk to move to they front and back seats and should be at least 5 feet tall so that you could stand in it and it should be in all India states , cost under ₹30 lakh and should get more than a 3star in safety testing ( here’s what you can do to get that : add bulletproof glass everywhere in the car and make the car exterior out of Grade 5 titanium ) and add a soft carpet for the floor of the car trust me soon they will get sold out fast and I will buy it too…
Not able to access owner account since a long time

My wife is the owner of the vehicle, I am not able to login or forget password for her account. I added myself into the driver account. I am only able to login with my account where I cannot access the full features of the app. It’s weird that I can access her account via My Kia app and not this app. It displays the message “This information is not available” when I try to forget the password via any options.Due to this, I cannot add/remove here account and make her sign up again or try atleast something of that sort. Please rectify this.My subscription was for a year and now it asks me to renew subscription. My wife was able to use full features only for 1st 2-3 months only. For such a bad experience, why should I renew the subscription. I need my time back if that was the case.
Minor bugs have been fixed.
