Needless to say Chaayos is one of the best thing that has happened to india. I have been a huge fan for years. However I stuck to in store direct orders for 7-8 years since I have Chaayos in my vicinity where I have lived. My experience with Chaayos wallet app wasn’t always great and I was always sceptical. But this time, I am forced to write a poor review. I recently started using Chaayos app for dine in orders as the order times in the store was high and there are promotions running. It made perfect sense. I loaded my wallet and placed order. I noticed that Order fulfilment does not reflect on the app. I dint care because I got the tea. Next time tho, I placed the order even before I reached the store as I was in hurry and I just had to pick it. Lo and behold the store was closed for construction. And Order was placed. No option to cancel. And no cancellations from Chaayos end. I sent an email to Chaayos support and I get two responses. On call, I am told I go to any Chaayos store and I call this number (personal number) and they will speak to the store guy to give me chai. That sounds odd. The other response i received was that we can ‘refund’ the money to wallet because chai was prepared. ??!! I am speechless. I will continue to follow what comes out of it and honestly would not follow up a lot since it’s just 109. Write a poor review is the best / worst I can do.

Perfect app that helps you to order with ease, minor features here is really interesting. Obviously super helpful in this covid situation where you dont want to interact physically with anyone to get your food.Brilliant work done on UI and flow , user friendly and super easy for anyone to understand it in one go. Shows my history, trending dishes are visible which helps first user to choose from the list ! Good work chaayos :)
