Pros: This app is user friendly and they have lot of alcohol options to choose from.. right from imfl to foreign brands.. their delivery service is also on time.. also we can schedule the delivery as we like. Cons: they don’t provide any discounts on any products.. also their is no freebies n gifts at any time.. which mostly the local wine shops provide us .. also in this app they should save our alcohol permit nos.. which we have to type every time . Also have seen the delivery address sometime gets deleted on its own and we have to type again. PS: Overall a Good Alcohol Delivery App.. hit there is scope for improvement.

This has done multiple times from the living liquid support either you place an order from App/ by calling. Either they wont have a stock and will not delivered.I had placed an order today( 10th Sept’22 ) in the morning and I selected to deliver between 11am-12Noon as per the slot availability on the app. However, after multiple follow-up and calling to the customer care they kept saying it will delivered in next 20mins-15mins. But still havent received my order. Somehow from google we managed to get the nearest Palava Living Liquids store person contact detail. He said your order is on the way at 3pm and it will be delivered in next 15mins to our house location. It is just 15mins away distance from the store to our house. We called again he said to contact the delivery guy- Sumit and shared the number. However, when we contacted him he said the order will be delivered in next 2hours between 4:30 to 5pm. We were so frustrated by the service and the wrong commitments. We have a guest at house today that was the reason we selected slot for the morning between 11am- 12 noon but delivering late evening is not the solution. Unfortunately, we have to go out now and get our order from other store. If this was informed us earlier, we shouldn't have waited and wastes our time. This has happened multiple time. Disappointed and deleting this FAKE App. You guys have wrong commitment and Pathetic service.Cover-up guys!
