I had this ordered on 6th of july nd its been 3days but order isn’t delivered to me and estimated date is 14 th july are you mad or what grocery delivery date should be 2-3 days maximum nd u r giving time 10 days if you are thinking that we should leave your app your platform because your services now to pathetic seriously i m fed up of this i need my orders delivery today if your are not sending so cancel all my orders i will order these things on another platform swiggy instamart bigbasket jio mart far better then you shame on you can’t deliver even in your city your product hub is in Gurugram and i my adress is also in gurugram still you can’t deliver orders in 1 or 2 days shame on you stop your business and making fool to people to show cheaper price to attract them and after this not delivered on time taking 10days to deliver i m really fed up of this and i m leaving your platform Everytime I ordered now days i have to do mail you regarding this problem every time still you are not concerned about it so I decided to leaving your platform thanks Ghatiya app ghatiya costumer care Ghatiya

I had a very bad experience with City Mall. The delivery boy refused to come to the first floor and asked me to come downstairs to collect the order. When I contacted the manager, he also said the same thing — that if I want my order, I have to come down. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.Customer support is equally useless. The contact number either does not work or gets switched off, and no proper help is provided.On top of that, my order was delayed by two days and was only delivered after I sent multiple emails. Even then, the product I received was damaged. They didn’t even provide a carry bag.Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. Poor service, rude behavior, and no responsibility towards customers. I would not recommend City Mall to anyone.

I don’t like this app at all. It is very very disappointing app that is very third class service and I don’t like at all this app and please don’t buy anything from this app and I already purchased many things from there, but I first my first order is, I buy, I buy, 30 items and then they will showing me there is a 13 of this month. We already know it is five days later. I already on 16 May, and then they told me they will give me in 13 May 2005, but they are not giving me today’s 16, may 2025 but they are not replying me replying me and they are not giving answer for this thing. This is very ridiculous.

Worst app ever.Whenever you place an order, you have to call 10 times for delivery. They keep saying “coming, coming” and waste 3–4 days. The delivery person has absolutely no manners. After reaching the location, if you ask where they are, they say “I’m here,” but they are not actually there. If you ask them to talk to someone nearby for confirmation, they say “there’s nobody here, if you want the order then come find me yourself, otherwise I’m leaving.”Many times the delivered items are completely different from what was ordered. The quality is extremely poor, like D-grade products. Packaging is disgusting — items come packed in dirty, torn polythene bags. And when you file a complaint, customer support simply says “no return possible” and disconnects the call.Customers are not spending free money on such a useless app. There are many other apps that are far better than this one.I would rate this app 0 out of 5.
