Please do the integration of the metro card with the Maha Metro app. By doing so, we will be able to conveniently utilize the card balance for ticket bookings through the metro app. This integration will significantly reduce turnaround time, streamline the ticket booking process, and facilitate card recharging. Moreover, this integration will offer a practical solution for individuals who may have inadvertently left their metro card at home. They can swiftly book their tickets using the app instead. Additionally, it will maximize the utilization of the recharged amount in the card. We eagerly await your response.

I did not proceed with registration. Deleted the app. Here’s why…While registering in the app, mobile number needs to be entered. Then there are 2 check boxes. First one says you need to agree to terms and conditions and second one is for product info and service offerings they will send you SMSs. You MUST check both boxes to proceed. While I agree with the first one, second checkbox should be optional. That’s how it typically works. Won’t use the app unless the second option is made optional. We are inundated with unnecessary SMSs all day, I don’t want to add another one.

This is pretty unsafe app as far as asking for phone permissions.It does not allow to signup unless you opt in from promotional emails. Also, it mandates giving permission to modify phone's system settings and won't let you use the app unless permission is granted. This is surely an unnecessary permission for a ticket booking platform. I had to immediately uninstall the app. Its unusable right now for me unless unnecessary permission mandates are removed.

It is a wonderful app and has all the required payment options. Screen brightness automatically increases while using the app on the metro ticket scanner. Hardly any downtime. Extremely satisfied. Kudos to the entire team
