Mobile Diagnostics app that helps assessing the functional condition of a phone. Cashify Diagnose helps to evaluate the functional condition of a user's phone to be sold to the trade-in partner, in exchange for a new phone. Here's how the process works- 1. The App is to be downloaded and installed on the same phone for which the exchange order is placed by the user on the trade-in partner's platform. 2. Post installation of the app, the user needs to run the listed diagnostic tests on his phone, after granting the necessary app permissions to get started. 3. Once all listed tests are completed, an Exchange Reference Code will be generated on the app's last screen that indicates the completion of the evaluation process. 4. The pickup/delivery executive will scan the Exchange Reference Code from his phone, and mark the transaction as complete. Note: The App must remain installed in the user's phone (and phone settings should not be reset ) till the time exchange order transaction is marked complete by the pickup/delivery executive. 5. User needs to hand-over the old phone after resetting and collect the new phone package from the pickup/delivery executive. List of tests: 1. Automated Tests : GPS, Camera, Bluetooth, Speaker Microphone, Wi-Fi 2. Assisted Test: Multitouch, Screen Lock Key, Volume Key "Cashify Diagnose" App is powered by Cashify.in

Pathetic 2 days back I was able to diagnose my iPhone I tried with the latest version and it is not able to upload the IMEI number screen shot and it is not allow me to evaluate the phone . Can we just fix this ASAP

Im going to trade in my iP 11 with new launched iP 15 but because of these app I can’t exchange my old phone. The app isn’t accepting my IMEI no screenshot whether I already uploaded my device info in the Apple website. The delivery guy refused to take my ph because of this. And many people faced the same problem. So instead of doing advertisement, fix the app first. Thanks for your beautiful service…

App Store needs to take this app down. It's not working and more importantly, when you try pointing it out to Cashify's customer support, they keep lying that they are working on it when they clearly aren't. The team doesn't know its own functioning which ultimately cost me a chance to replace my old iPhone for a new OnePlus phone for a huge discount

App Store needs to take this app down. It's not working and more importantly, when you try pointing it out to Cashify's customer support, they keep lying that they are working on it when they clearly aren't. Couldn’t upload the screenshot of IMEI which isn’t cropped or edited and newly taken. It again prompts us to upload again where I tried mailing them and didn’t help out.
