I have 02 issues with the applications1. When we remotely turn the car ON it automatically switch the AC on. We are in north where winters are very cold. We need to warm up the car in morning a bit to save on engine cold running condition and same time need to heat the car up. I want to turn on My car before leaving home to parking as it took me 02 mins to reach parking and I want to give the engine a warmup cycle before I start drive. But as I put the remote start it turns on the AC which put additional AC load on engine before it gets warm up. As automotive theory the engine has to warm up a bit before putting any load. So developer should address the problem which are engineering requirement. Moreover if someone want a cool car he may turn the AC on using the same application.2. When i remotely turn the car ON. And after reaching at the car and clicking unlock switch off the engine. Why to crank multiple times if we alt ready started the engine.

I recently purchased the Mahindra 3XO, and while I was excited about the features, I have encountered significant issues with the accompanying app. 1. **Incorrect Vehicle Status**: The app frequently shows that my car is still running even when it’s parked. This is not only misleading but raises concerns about the vehicle's safety and status. 2. **Location Accuracy**: The vehicle's location displayed on the app is often incorrect, especially when the car is stationary. Today, on August 25, 2025, the app still reflects a status from August 19, 2024. This discrepancy is alarming and could pose serious problems in case of an emergency. 3. **Lack of Updates**: It seems like Mahindra needs to prioritize fixing these bugs. Relying on an app that fails to provide accurate information is unacceptable, especially when it comes to locating your vehicle. I urge Mahindra to address these issues as a priority. A reliable app is crucial for the overall ownership experience, and without it, I feel uneasy about using my vehicle. Please update the application and resolve these critical issues soon!

My adrenox app is stuck since renewal of subscription. I’ve renewed my subscription of my XUV700 AX7L MH47BE0360 on 11th May 2024 I Cannot access my remote function from my cellphone device as my Adrenox app is stuck it’s not even showing the updated status of my Vehicle after renewing the subscription Even the Infotainment system has connection issues Most of the times Alexa doesn’t work properly I think if Team Mahindra should really focus on quality and reliability of the features they offer Whats use of making a tech loaded vehicle if your costumers cannot use it. Facing such kind of problems after spending such heavy price and buying flagship product by Mahindra What a let-down! Even when this application was working in my device App takes very eternity to connect to vehicle And most of the times doesn't even connect to access the remote functions. This kind of problems are not expected I as customer had high hope from Mahindra. Heartily Disappointed.
