They are robbing peoples Don’t trust this application and i just lost my money This is totally fake application I have invested money here but at the time of the withdrawal they are not refunded my full amount so without having any choice so I have placed the ordered for jewellery (Nek) I have bought a ring and they offered me a gift as like pendant But after that i have decided to cancel this order but there was no help and support from it and i have sent lot of the mail so they are saying to me we are checking with the team and after some days i have received a mail your order cancellation request has been accepted and your payment will be refund in your jar wallet in 2 and 3 working days as they promised but they did not refund my money and they delivered my order and provided a ring only but there is no any gift they sent and ring is too small that i can’t wear it so it’s off no use and i am reaching out to them but they are not responding. Please refund my money

I'm saddened and heart break to write this story about how they cunningly treated me . In my app the price of an silver earring was shown Rs 0 I was quite surprised because no way any company will give for free . May be my internet was slow and reload still Rs 0 was shown I ordered it . I was happy and thought may be I got some Boucher or some kind of reward . But little did I know they cut 1389 from my savings😭😭 I was saving Rs 30 every day . And finally I could saved upto 1738 . Which I was not aware they're going to charge 1389 although it was showing Rs 0 very cunning way of looting money . Then I went to cancel the order it was written THIS ITEM CANNOT BE CANCEL AND NO RETURN /NO REFUND. See how cunning they are there should be freedom to cancel the order if we did it by mistake or if customer do not want it anymore . Before placing order in this app check before if the item is returnable or not . I regret this using this app. ALSO customer support did not respond it's been 3 hours now . I regret .

The app was felt great for more than a year now. But, after buying gold coins summing up to 100 grams. I have been facing the issue of not being able to purchase anymore. Though I have saved the required amount via ‘Daily Savings’ and Manual Savings as well. When I try to purchase the coin, it shows that there has been an error; and after which the next page opens automatically stating ‘Your purchase is being processed’ with a big exclamation mark “❗️” in filled within a yellow circle.
