Initially, I faced a few issues with the iRA 2.0 app, including delayed eSIM activation and incorrect vehicle ownership details. Although the initial experience was frustrating, I appreciate the support team for resolving these issues.Now, the app is working smoothly, and my overall experience has been very good. The connected car features are useful, the interface is user-friendly, and the app performs reliably. It’s good to see that Tata Motors is continuously improving the customer experience.Thank you to the Tata Motors and iRA support teams for addressing my concerns. Keep up the good work, and I look forward to seeing even more useful features and enhancements in future updates.

It has been 8 months since I bought the top spec car(Safari- 33 lakhs) in Tata Motors portfolio. it took me almost 2 month to do the KYC and start using this app. That too with me raising issues with showroom, service centre and customer care. Twice it has stopped working and the resolution took so much time. Clearly your hardware/ telematics are below par and it’s just there as marketing purpose in the brochure. As of today my car was last synced in May29th so last 2.5 months it’s not working, customer care says SIM is active though I don’t see any coverage in the car, service centre says pls uninstall and install..that’s the only solution. Last time I had to write mail to the iRA support team and show the mail to SC folks and then they responded. Technically I’ve only used this app for 2 months and rest of the time including now it’s not working. I regret every time, “why again I bought Tata car”, I had Nexon from 2017 I should’ve learned so I think it’s my fault that I should’ve moved away from all this vocal for local.

I recently purchased a Tata vehicle and completed all required registration processes. I was already successfully registered on another official Tata Motors app, but decided to try this 2.0 version.While the initial registration process seemed to complete successfully, the app now repeatedly shows that my vehicle is not registered—even after entering the correct chassis number. Additionally, although I receive OTPs during login attempts, the app still indicates that my phone number is not registered.This creates a confusing and frustrating user experience, as all details entered are accurate and already verified on other Tata platforms. The issue appears to be on the app’s end rather than user error.I would request the team to look into this matter seriously and ensure proper synchronization of user and vehicle data across platforms. A smoother and more reliable onboarding experience would greatly improve user satisfaction.Looking forward to a prompt resolution.

I am writing to express my growing disappointment with the IRA app and technical system associated with my Tata Safari, which I have been using for over two months now. While the vehicle itself is well-built and promising, the ownership experience is being severely hampered by persistent issues with its smart and connected features.In the time that I’ve owned the car, I’ve encountered recurring problems with core functionalities like the Welcome Seat, Tailgate operation, Alexa, and Siri integration. These features do not work consistently and often require me to restart the system or make manual adjustments to get them to function. For a vehicle in this premium segment, such issues are disappointing and reflect a lack of reliability in the user experience.Furthermore, the IRA app continues to be completely unreliable. It is unresponsive, does not provide timely vehicle updates, and lacks basic stability. The app fails to send important notifications and often does not sync properly with the vehicle at all. It feels unfinished and untested.As a customer who trusted Tata’s reputation and innovation, I must say that this experience has been disheartening. The ongoing technical issues are leading to a serious decline in customer trust, and if not addressed, they risk tarnishing the strong brand image Tata has built over the years
