Misleading Interest Updates & Poor Support – Not Truly Passive Income

The app sends interest credit confirmations via its platform and WhatsApp, but in reality, several payments were never received. On checking bank statements, I found that multiple interest payouts had bounced—without any prior notification from either the bond issuers or the Wint team.What’s more concerning is that despite confirming via WhatsApp that interest had been credited, the issue only surfaced when I manually verified my account. Initially, their team blamed incorrect bank details from my end, but later admitted it was an internal issue and that all my details were correct.To recover pending payments across 30+ bonds, they now expect me to fill multiple forms for different NBFCs and courier them individually to respective offices. This completely defeats the purpose of “passive income.” It’s unrealistic to track small interest payouts across 30–50 bonds every month and comply with such tedious processes.Overall, very disappointing—especially given the credibility expected from a platform backed by zerodha founders.

am having horrible experience with this platform and after a month its ordeal still continues. I cn surely say thy are fraud. Thy pay up intrests on time, but last transaction with principal & intrest, thy skip saying its paid to account. Most investors are stuck with same issue. They do not have customer support over phone and only email, thy revert with same reply for weeks. Raised my issue with SEBI grievance and smartODR. Hope to get it resolved soon. Request readers to be cautious and don’t invest any, at least large amounts with them. Be cautious.

Wint Wealth has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. The app is highly unreliable and cannot be trusted when it comes to handling finances. Their customer support is nothing short of horrible — unresponsive, unhelpful, and lacking any accountability.When it comes to financial platforms, reliability and trust are non-negotiable, but Wint Wealth fails miserably on both counts. Using this app can be outright detrimental to your financial well-being. I strongly advise against relying on it for any serious financial decisions.
