It’s almost 3-4 days now and still you people didn’t respond to the process ?I’m not a new person on your application o have already use your app from a very long time and for a silly reason you guys stopped providing me a loan and now when I tried to apply again you guys are taking a very long time for process this is such a waste of time with you guys and later you will say that we are unable to provide you a loan at this moment like are you guys serious?Someone is really depend on you for some reason and we are also ready to pay a huge amount of interest this is not a joke okay

They do not offer an option to foreclose the loan despite what they say on the website. What is worse is that their customer support is pathetic with automated responses on the telephone number. They only offer a call back option from the customer service agent which never happens. I have asked for multiple call backs and got tired. Even after writing to them over email I repeatedly get an automated response which says you can foreclose the loan via the app which never exists. Upon further responding to the email explaining my issue over the app, they never get back. It seems like they never want you to foreclose the loan in disguise of providing best customer support. I have filed for a legal complaint against the service provider for such illegal acts masked under an impression of being genuine. I will make them pay the price for cheating customers like this.

Although the UI of the app is seamless but it always gets stuck at crucial moments. I had done everything , every step that needs to be done for personal loan and when it came to transfer money to account the app got stuck and when I reopened it it shows incomplete application and I am trying to click on the complete application button it shows please wait for forever . This has happened to me twice at the moment of disbursal after verifying everything and signing mandate and agreement . Please look into it’s it’s frustrating and in app support that bot is useless .
