I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding my recent experience with your billing application.I made a payment through your official app as per the bill shown. However, the same amount was repeated in the following month’s bill along with a penalty. When I contacted your customer service, I was advised not to use the app and instead pay based on the mailed bill.This raises a serious question: Why is this app available and promoted for bill payments if it does not work correctly? Customers should be able to trust the platforms provided by your company without being penalized for using them.I request the following:A full review and correction of the billing issue, including removal of any incorrect penalties.Clarification on the status of the app — is it safe to use or not?If the app is not reliable, please take immediate steps to either fix it or issue an official notice advising customers against its use.I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter. I’ve always paid my bills on time and in good faith and should not be penalized due to a failure in your system.

This app is of no use as it doesn’t allow you to login with either of BP number or mobile number. When login with BP number it gives the error message - “No mobile number found with the entered BP number. Please contact MNGL support for assistance.”, even though the bill was generated with the BP number and support executive has all the details like my mobile number and email. Which means my data is there in the system but the app doesn’t allows me to login.

It works well now on my iPhone. I got a prompt response to my mail and retried. I could sign up, log in, see my bill and upload meter reading and image. (Old: Iphone App does not accept my BP number. It says no data for this reference. If I try to proceed as guest, it says log in first. After many tries, it once said otp sent. But ai did not receive otp on email or phone. I have sent a mail to customer care with details.)

extremely frustrating -The problems start right from login. Every time I enter my BP number, the app throws a “Server timeout” error. After several days, I somehow managed to log in, but now the app isn’t working again. Trying to log in with my MPIN gives the same error.I’ve been facing this issue continuously, and it’s honestly shocking how the MNGL team is handling this. They don’t seem bothered to fix it, despite many users facing the same problem. This is really pathetic service.On top of that, MNGL is making it mandatory to upload meter reading photos through the app to get the bill. When your app itself doesn’t work, how are users supposed to comply?First fix your technical glitches, then make such rules and statements. Expecting users to depend on a broken app is completely unreasonable.
