The application logs the user out every time it is closed, requiring re-entry of credentials. Additionally, it asks for the User ID in the form of a Customer ID, which is difficult to remember and inconvenient.Another issue occurs when opening the app—it prompts for an update and redirects to the App Store. However, on the App Store, there is no update available and only an “Open” option is shown. Please address and fix the frequent logoff issue and the incorrect update prompt.

Mahavitran urgently needs to review the functioning of its mobile application, as it is not operating reliably.Login Requirement:It is unreasonable to require users to log in every day. This is not a website; it is a mobile application designed for convenience. Daily login should not be necessary.Data Consistency:Certain features work intermittently. For example, day‑wise export or import units should be consistently available within the app and must not be discontinued.Charts and Readings:The charts provided are inaccurate and misleading. They should display readings with proper dates. For instance, if I check the current week’s data on Saturday, the chart should not show Sunday’s reading prematurely. This creates confusion and undermines trust in the data. Moreover, the charts often display incorrect values. A simple date‑wise reading list on the dashboard would be more reliable, provided it works consistently every day.Timestamp Transparency:Some tiles show “today’s reading,” but the exact time of recording is missing. Without timestamps, the data lacks meaning and context. Customers are intelligent and deserve complete information, nothing should be hidden.App development: Are you truly developing a mobile application? Why is an OTP required every time for login? It feels as though a website developer was hired to design this app, since such a requirement is unnecessary in a mobile environment. Moreover, the OTP often fails to get delivered even after multiple retries, which makes the experience frustrating and unreliable.

Not able to create MPin and I have to enter all the credentials every time as the App gets logged out when closed. Many times the Real Time Consumption data doesn’t appear. The payments don’t get updated even till next bill generation.

Please fix these critical login issues immediately:No Autofill or Paste: The app blocks pasting the Customer ID and does not support Apple Password Keychain autofill. Manually typing long IDs every time is highly frustrating.Broken MPIN Flow: Selecting the MPIN option incorrectly forces an OTP verification first. Even worse, the app rejects the correct MPIN on the next screen. MPIN login should be direct and seamless.Missing Features: The advertised "OTP login via Phone Number" from the latest release notes does not work or exist in the interface. No Biometrics: The app badly needs Face ID / Touch ID integration for quick, secure access. The core function of a utility app is to let users view and pay bills quickly. Right now, it is impossible to even log in. Please fix these authorization bugs.
