Pathetic App-No cancel option

Don't be misled by the 4- and 5-star ratings. Products that are delivered within 10 minutes on other apps are delayed by over a week when ordered through the Amul app. There's no option of cash on delivery or to cancel the order, and customer support doesn’t respond to emails. It's far more convenient to buy these items from other platforms where delivery is faster and service is reliable."

I’ve noticed this issue a few days ago. The app doesn’t open and stays on the Amul starting page logo. I’ve tried everything, including reinstalling it and toggling the internet on and off, but it still doesn’t work. Please review this bug.

Ordered Lassi on 9th May and till date not received it called customer care 3 times but as a parrot they say wait for 24 to 48 hrs and they are alsoNot ready to refund will reach out to customer court for this, so please do not shop from here also 90% of times products are out of stock

Installed for the first time , the app just shows the Amul logo and never goes beyond it. Tried to restart the app multiple times to no avail. Always stuck. Finally decided to uninstall the app.
