Highly Recommend Taco Bell App

Taco Bell app is very handy and has made food ordering so much simpler, convenient and streamlined !! Payment methods are so much faster and simple. Easy to use interface ensures you get the best options available quickly without multiple taps. App works great and design of this app stands tall !! Kudos team ! Never seen such a convenient app for any other QSR brand , Please continue the good work

Worst!!!

There is nothing worse than waiting for your food for hours and not knowing when or if you will get it at all.
When you order from this app you have to tick ‘Agree to No Cancellation’ box or you cannot order. After you’ve made the payment it takes 5 minutes to confirm your order and then another hour to assign a deliverer to your order and preparing it takes a long time as well.
But it often does not confirm your order and it gets stuck in confirmation phase and other times it gets stuck at preparing my order.
If your luck strikes and those steps gets through then it will show that your order will be delivered in 25 minutes but in my experience my order has never been delivered under ~45 minutes.
Better yet the restaurant does not pick their phone at all and Taco Bell never replies to your emails so don’t tell me that you’re sorry and I have to email you my concern.

Uninstalling app

Taco bell please work on ur delivery side of the app not talking about any technical faults but on the ordering and applying coupon. First why my order total is more than zomato for the same items like why would I use ur application if it fails to give me lower price than the third party food delivery application. And about the discount coupon there were 3 coupons showing in the apply coupon section but I cannot apply even one of them though my order total was of 454 rs the reason it was showing that items are not applicable for this coupon like why , are u stupid or what?
