This is honestly the worst customer experience I’ve had with an online shopping app.I ordered two items and tried to cancel the order almost immediately because I wanted to place a fresh order with a different delivery address. I tried reaching out through WhatsApp, email, and other available support channels, but received no proper response.After two days, I finally got a response from the bot on the app saying that the order could not be cancelled. My concern is not just about the cancellation anymore — I now have no confidence in the support system. What happens if I receive the wrong product, a damaged product, or face any other issue? How am I supposed to get it resolved if I cannot even speak to a customer-care representative?I actually spent 40 minutes trying to connect with customer support, which is completely unreasonable. I’m a doctor myself and have a busy schedule, and I simply cannot spend 40 minutes waiting around just to get basic customer assistance.I have never posted a negative review before, but this experience was genuinely frustrating enough that I felt I had to. The entire experience with the company and the app has been extremely disappointing.I hope the company seriously works on its customer support system and provides customers with an accessible way to speak to an actual representative when needed.
