In my case, I wasn’t aware that the verification process could take some time, unlike some other apps. As a result, I missed my planned ride and it affected my entire day’s schedule.Another point is that once you create a ride, you may receive a list of riders. However, from my experience, many riders do not respond, or they may not receive proper notifications. It would be helpful if rider availability and notification delivery could be improved.I have been using the app for a few weeks, but unfortunately, I have not been able to complete a single ride successfully so far.Regarding support, I appreciate that there is a support system available, but it appears to be automated. When users need immediate assistance, a human support option or a better-trained support assistant would be very helpful. Sometimes responses arrive several minutes later, by which time users may have already moved on to other tasks or changed their plans. Additionally, support conversations on WhatsApp may close automatically after some time, causing users to miss important replies.Overall, the app has great potential and a user-friendly interface, but improvements in account verification, rider responsiveness, notifications, and customer support would significantly enhance the user experience.

This app is a total scam. They lure you in with attractive promotions, promising a ₹500 cashback after you complete 4 rides. However, once you actually spend your time and money to complete the milestone, they find cheap excuses to deny you your reward.After completing my 4 rides, the cashback was never credited to my bank account. When I reached out to their customer support, they gave me a ridiculous excuse, claiming that because I completed 3 of those rides on the same day, I am ineligible for the amount.Nowhere was this hidden condition clearly stated when accepting the offer. It is completely unfair and deceptive to change the rules *after* a customer has already completed the service.Terrible customer support and dishonest business practices. Save your money and stick to reliable apps that actually honor their word. **Avoid Hopr ride app at all costs!**
