The UX is designed well. But its just another app where recruiters just seen zone the request. We have mail to reachout to any founders or recruiters directly, but the pain point is mostly they seen zone the candidates request.Here to its the same. Would be great if the recruiter/boss can respond/reject/let the candidate know of their opinion.This way it makes easy for the candidates to know where they are currently instead of checking and waiting upon reply or any update.

The overall quality feels a step above. Not everything is polished yet and you can tell it’s a newer product but foundation is really strong
Need to improve city selection

Does not show profiles for the selected city but for another city - moreover there should be option to select multiple cities, currently you can only select one city. Moreover, one should able to filter profiles for only those who are hiring - I am not interested into those who are only referring or open to meeting.
