iBizz lets you inquire online balances,view and download mini and detailed statement for your linked operative accounts, details of deposits & Loan accounts. Users can also transfer funds to own accounts, within icici, outside icici, transfer through UPI, pay bills, raise service requests, change MPIN and more.
Users can approve all the financial transactions, Cash Management Services and Trade transactions on iBizz.

App is great with one dissatisfaction
Everything in ibizz is great, but asking for feedback every single time when i logout is so irritating. I gave feedback about app once but i don’t feel to give feedback each and every time i use the app. Please change that in setting.
I’m a business owner having current account in ICICI bank , initially at the time of account opening they did multiple follow ups but when we got the account and all the employees salary accounts in the same bank ,the customer service is not at all a convenient, it’s been a year now till now ,having privilege banking accounts ,we don’t know who’s our banker .nobody takes the responsibility of addressing the concerns , I may not recommend ppl to think of icici for current account. Worst part is this IMobile and iBizz apps . Every time when I do a transaction and make a call to speak to executive it never happens within an hour . Every time verifications, and yet no result . Highly unsatisfactory service .
I never saw such type bank in my life , this is worse than a govt bank
1) I have opened a current account last month but till now I have not received any debit card and other related documents, when I try to reaching them there is no facility to talk to them over call, just make confused ask me for many option non of any option is relevant.
2) I sent them many mails regarding this in the given mail id but I never received a single response .
3) before account opening they made many promises example they will assign a relationship manager for our business when I login to icici bank there is no such data .
