I recently had to deal with a lost baggage situation during my mother’s travel and I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently it was handled.Upon reporting my missing luggage, the airline staff were courteous and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns and assured me they would do everything possible to locate my bag. The process was straightforward; I was provided with a tracking number and regular updates via email.Within few days my baggage was found and returned to us without any hassle. The communication from the airline throughout the process was excellent, keeping me informed and alleviating my concerns.Overall, I appreciated the professionalism and responsiveness of the airline's baggage handling team. While losing a bag is always frustrating, their quick resolution made the experience much more manageable. I would recommend this airline for their effective customer service in handling such Situations

The Emirates Mobile app is extremely useful - right from managing trips and also booking travel attractions in Dubai. The app is also intuitive and very user friendly. The user experience is very good. A lot of thought has been put into: what a user would do next and how would it be most convenient for the user.
Good app but...
Gradfall
It’s a good looking app but it logs me out every now and then. Considering the fact that most people will use it only around their travel time and not all around the year, it should remember the login information a bit longer. That’s the only thing that bothers right now because many times I need some quick information or need to do some quick activity on the app but the abrupt logout irritates. Otherwise, a great app!
Most Holistic Airline App

Emirates app is probably the most holistic airline app.Each aspect associated with one’s travel requirement is possible to be maintained & used & amended on the app itself. It does not need any online access over web version. The User interface is smooth & super easy to use ! Strongly recommended for all frequent travellers on emirates !
