Worst experience ever. Please do not buy from them.
I am writing this after enormous frustration I have been through for many weeks now. I have purchased term plan of 1cr from them. Due to some documentation issue sighted by policy bazaar, I received call from their manager Mr. Gaurav that documentations were OK and they will issue the policy. A day later they cancelled my policy and rejected. And I am waiting for refund for almost 2 weeks. Everyday I write to them but no response. I am stuck with a premium of 28k which does not look like Policy baazar is intending to return. I am frustrated and I think I will see a lawyer after the lockdown because you are just ignoring the customers after taking hefty premium and not assisting.
You just sell and make profit but after sales (once you charged the premium), you just dont care how the customers can suffer.
I am running other policies with other companies but they are always there to assist. Your after sales is very very bad and quite frankly i feel harassed, tricked and extorted.
Zero stars worst claim settlement team
My dad was hospitalised in Mumbai for Covid. Got zero help from the claim settlement team at Policy Bazaar.
Cashless was rejected by Max Bupa. Policy Bazaar could do nothing about it.
Hospital personnel was surprised with outright rejection of the claim. There is absolutely no handholding and support from Policy Bazaar. Max Bupa wanted us to get OPD treatment for a person of nearly 70 years of age with a recent bronchial problem in Feb this year and risk his life with low O2 saturation. Also, is it OK to spread the virus among others at home while going for OPD? Myopic to the core aren't they? And what if his condition had worsened at home? Finding a hospital bed at the last minute especially during these times is a nightmare and taking such a huge Risk. Utter illogical people working at both Policy Bazaar and Max Bupa. Iv applied for claim reimbursement now, but don’t have much hope. I will be surprised if they help and settle the claim.

Worst customer support service
Booked a policy paying 5000 as the their sales representative said that I can cancel within 30 days hassle freely. But it’s not at all hassle free. I requested for policy cancellation the every next day of booking and It’s been 20days now but my request is still in middle. Their customer care will connect only half of the time and luckily if connected then their representatives will start forwarding the call to one another and you have to explain same thing again and again to each. Finally if you got the person who is taking your request, will tell you to mail the concern. Now after a few days you have to repeat the process again. I must say their sales representative are very good in convening people to take the policy and then no customer care.
