Zero Rating - Worst customer care service

If there is any option for giving Zero.. Etihad deserve the same..Was a regular Etihad flyer.. But when time comes for the refund, they are mum.. Chasing for my refund for more than 11 months... No proper response.. Spoke to their customer care more than 15 times.. each time they will give false commitment.. Many emails and reminder sent, but no response.. I wonder how Etihad become one of the top Airline list... It is the worst Airline for post service..getting connecting to customer care is minimum 20 to 30 mins..Me and Family never ever travel again with Etihad..
Very Bad Customer service after Booking

I booked a flight with Etihad Airways and wanted to add extra luggage, but the app does not allow payment. Their customer service never picks up calls, and the online chat only redirects back to the app. Even after contacting my booking agent, I was told no changes could be made. For the past 1 week, I have been desperately trying to resolve this issue, but with no success. In the end, I had to cancel my flight without any refund, simply because I could not add extra luggage. This has been the worst service I have ever experienced.

Just too freaking slow. Not very intuitive. But still I like it. Can basically do all you need to before the take-off. Couldn’t get boarding pass for my flight to Zurich from Mumbai. But it did let me have one from my lay-over in Abu Dhabi. Not really sure if it’s got to do with Etihad or the Mumbai airport. I guess benefit of doubt goes to Etihad - I mean after all it did gave me the pass to Zurich from Abu Dhabi. All good, then. Just add some blitz in the processing of app.
