I don’t know who designed this app but whoever has done it has made life of users so miserable that one cannot find clue about what is wrong Moreover the toll free number is not answering It has put me on avr and mobile number is switched off Why such poor services ? Or Indians cannot be given importance .. just by adding Tokio does t make it any better

I was a loyal customer purchased the car insurance twice in past. Now i get the new car and want to take the insurance from IFFCO Tokio again. But i did not get the option to buy it online. App just took my details and I got call 3 days after. I moved to another company because of this delay.
