Right kind of service with these guys. Iam really happy and glad to have contacted FREED for my loan settlement . They are transparent and really want to help customers. The guys were friendly and told me to check elsewhere if i got a better deal. Good to see honest companies like this.

They tell they will help in the loan settlement but they never nor they help with the legal or nor harassment call the customer has to face lots of problems due to this fraud app they have not settled any of my loan and taken a service charge for two settlements and their legal as well as the customer executive they were not overall helpful this type of fraud app should be banned and complain should be launched they used to harrass the customer more then the loan recovery agent I will be sharing this not only on this but also on social media as well as will file a legal complaint so they can not operate anymore and the fraud which they have been spreading it must be also written to RBI so they can ban them forever.As a freed customer will advice not to enroll on this app they are fraud so don’t enrolled and boycott this fraud app.

Please don’t try to take any help from these people because they are professional fraudsters and scammers. These people say they help you to get out of your debts but instead they charge bloody subscription fees every month and cut EMI’s for your debts in the name of a special saving account which you will never get.I’ve been chasing after them for months but surprisingly these people are disappeared now. No response for calls, messages and emails. These people have found out to scam people in a very professional manner. They will never help you with anything but instead they will charge you in the name of counselling and help. That is how they make money by taking the advantages of the people stuck with debt and money problems.

Please don’t ever try this platform to get help from your debt. They are only expert in delay in service. Once you opt out from service trust me you’ll struggle and go through hell to get refund of your own money. It’s been more than a month now I’ve cancelled and opt out from program and still haven’t received my refund which is approx 1.4 lakhs. Every time they’ll come up with and excuse of system and a new date. I’ve begged like a Begger for my own money to multiple people. But I feel it is useless. In short don’t trust these platforms ever. Your hard earned money matters to you only not to company like this.
