Overall a comfortable experience
This is my second year with them and so far its been good. They have help us undertake test bookings and the response was good from customer support.
There were initial glitches with the app and even now sometimes like you have to login again and again but barring that as a customer experience, I would say good as compared to others.
They have responsive customer support (if you know how to reach them, generally mail works) and good add ons with the policy.

Worst app and service
App is total waste, have to raise claims 10 times to get it created. But after claim is created it appears only in your login but won’t be visible for claim process where I already raised 3 claims now. So you keep sitting for update but nothing happens. When you call customer care they give some explanation. I contacted my corporate representative to know claim was not visible for them after 10 days. Raised a claim again and got rejected in 5 mins saying cheque doesn’t have the name. Shame such a big company doesn’t even know salary account cheques don’t have names in them because the accounts are opened instantly. Also prehospitalization claims needs to be submitted after hospitalisation claim is cleared otherwise these brilliants keeps processing the prehospital claims instantly and keep rejecting it without even checking main claims. Overall app doesn’t register claims that shows registered in your app and ICICI team is fast in rejecting the claims rather than fixing the issue in app. I am doubtful to send my documentation to them because if they keep rejecting then I won’t get my documents back at least to claim in my spouse insurance. Should avail cashless to avoid contacting these guys. I have spent about 2 days to get all the documents ready and now struggling with this useless app without knowing whether my claim is registered or not.

Every time taking 2 days for resolution but they can’t resolve the app issue which i m facing
IN THIS APP THERE IS NO OPTION OF UPLOAD CLAIM DOCUMENT IN OPD CLAIM SERVICE OPTION The most useless service is the first reason of ICICI that they disconnect the calls without telling and by asking to stay on call the conversation is going on during the office hours but the customer is not paying any attention to what the customer is talking about. Second reason since how many days I am putting REQUEST that your app made error is getting member is not found after uploading the photo about it to the mail the problem was solved in 3-4 days, but in that option upload document is not showing in opd service. The third reason is that every time we have to call your customer support and make a REQUEST and wait for 2 days to resolve it. So what is the use of this service even your service people tell the customer that if there is no document upload option then courier then what is the app made for. When our policy comes to end you people call 10 times bothering us that policy period is over pay to renew. We don't pay thousands to get such a service. Such useless service is nowhere to be found. We will not refer anyone to a policy company that provides such service
