Bus Booking- IntrCity SmartBus 4+

This is my very 1st travel with IntrCity and I would like to thank staff for their great support in order to meet customer requirements.

I reported that my phone needs charging and the sockets weren’t working . Staff Lokesh and another guy tested all the sockets on the bus and called the head office and someone came and corrected the inverter or something in the bus . They also gave me a word that they will book the cab after reaching destination if charging issue is not sorted out.
Also Lokesh have changed my berth as I am not comfortable in the 1 st row and have a double berth keeping my issue in Mind . As my health is not well that day ,i felt this service from these guys like a brotherhood .
Felt like to encourage such serious ppl to keep up their service and writing this lengthy review . Thanks

I had one good journey with Intrcity, but immediately after that, the next one was very bad. Travelled from Tirunelveli to Chennai last night. Out Captain till Trichy, Robin, was very well behaved and amicable. But the one after that was rough and unreasonable. It was raining cats and dogs, so we asked to get down a little earlier so that we will get autos easily, but they made a huge fuss, when asked if it is okay we get drenched in the rain, they said “what can we do?”. The driver, the captain, and one more boy all joined together and raised voices saying they will stop only where they can and where they want. I have had bus journeys in the same route for the past 6 years and not one company has denied me this request or made a huge fuss. After stopping (in a place different than the one we asked), they still kept murmuring. This was annoying, unprofessional, and very disappointing. We pay 1700 bucks for a ticket, and if they can’t even be human, I don’t see the point. When we asked the same, they said we don’t care how much you pay. Thank you, Robin for your good service, but thumbs down to the rest of you people on this route yesterday (6th night). I won’t recommend.

I had cancelled my bus tickets 2 days prior to the date. I received a message that said my refund was initiated in my intercity wallet but it wasn’t reflected.

Tried calling the mentioned number and entered option one. The machine asked me to enter pnr (pnr was invalid as the ticked was cancelled) post that it did not take me to any support executive and the call got cut. I tried the same process a several times. It left me no other option but to go for option 2 as I also had to book another ticket- this took me to a support executive who said he couldn’t help me at all as he wasn’t incharge of refunds and has passed my contact to someone who’s incharge and they’d be calling me within 10 mins. It’s been two days to the conversation. I tried reaching out again and the same conversation was repeated and I was asked to use the same number to get in touch with an executive but option one doesn’t lead me anywhere. Post that my call was abruptly cut by the executive while I was speaking as they weren’t able to help me.

I’m extremely disappointed by this and need my refund asap
