Impossible to Register and login

Good initiative from DoP but it has to be improved. It is impossible to register and login. When it is on only one device error message displayed “installed on another device” As per their advice uninstalled and reinstalled the application. After filling all details receive the OTP but not possible to enter the OTP in the given space and time. Tried tons of times but it doesn’t work. Uninstalled and reinstalled the application and tried again and again but it doesn’t work. Call center guys are unable to help and sort out the problem.

Application is Crashing without displaying any error message

The App is Crashing and closing itself without displaying any error message for the same.
After entering the last digit of passcode, the App crashes itself without any prompt.
I called the bank customer care and they said we can’t release any update regarding it yet since I am the only user with such issue but after checking the review section on App Store I am pretty sure that I am not the only one face the said problem
Reply from customer care is out of sense. They just wasted my time and every time they call and ask me to repeat the same problem and suggest me to wait for 48 hours however I am facing the issue from last 3 months but no issue has been resolved. I have even sent them screen recordings of the issue on their official mails but I am getting any positive response from them.
I request the concerned authorities to please please and please fix this issue

Good initiative from DOP

It’s a great initiative from the Postal Dept. to digitise and integrate the two entities- Indian Banking and the Postal Banking systems. The interface is fine and good with low learning curve generally. However there are quite some hiccups encountered during regular use. Often the login process doesn’t work and gets resolved mostly after reinstalling and re-registering. Similarly UPI works only 50% of the time either for sending payments or receiving showing server unavailable or down too often than not. Hence you cannot rely on it entirely, and need to have a ready fall back payment option for sure. On integration, transferring money between post office account and IPPB account has issues often during weekends. Post office seniors officials should seriously look at actions to stabilise the app for for a larger usage and predictability.
