Some features need to be updated

Thank you team for great app for post office.
I just wanted to share 2 points for now
(1st:) RDs and other accounts(FD NSC KVP etc are not available sadly) should be in one place by just login into your account so that we can select and do the monthly payment easily for example
I submitted my RD accounts payments for this month from manually putting details required but first time its okay but
(2nd:) next month it should be in your account list for fast and easy transactions which is not available, although it is showing last two transactions details there but not enough if you have all family members payment to be done, it’s difficult to put every time details for same account which was used last month.

I feel proud to say post office services are good

Not able to open account

Hi IPPB team. Its a relief to know that india post is now also a bank. I tried to open my account in IPPB. But it gets stuck at the last stage. After updation of Aadhar, i don’t get the OTP for the last stage. I have tried many times. I will now open my savings account physically with a post office. Please look into this issue and do the needful. Long live india post!

Print option isn’t working

First of all, really appreciate all the features provided in the app.
One of the issues that I wish to point out is, the PRINT option that comes under the Bill Payment, Transaction Details section isn’t working.
It is a very important requirement.
Please do recity that issue in the next update.
