Bug or cheating not sure
Hi guys, I am not sure, if it is a bug in the app or an intentional algorithm to steal some extra bucks from people using this app for train booking. Let me try to explain this. Day before yesterday I was trying to book a tatkal ticket through this app, once the payment was made, it pushed me to IRCTC site for login, I was trying to login but due to some issue the login was delayed and a message pop up that as you didn’t logged into IRCTC account, the ticket is not generated and refund of amount paid is initiated successfully. Believe me or not but I clearly read this message and it having faith in app didn’t took screenshot. Since I needed to travel so retried booking and got it done successfully. Thanks to this excellent, smart,intelligent App, after 1/2 an hr I noticed that actually I have got two confirmed tickets on my name in same train on sane day on sane route but in different coaches and there was no refund. No cancellations as it’s tatkal and 100% non refundable, no option to contact customer care for such issue… simply I lost 1200/-₹ to this .. so developer, may I request you to look into this, if not an intentional path created by you guys. Thanks

Easy and Convenient
Recently I was trying to book a ticket through IRCTC portal and I had problems connecting to the portal as the portal was experiencing issues. I tried ixigo and was successful in selecting the train and tickets and after payment I had issues logging into irctc with my credentials as the irctc was till experiencing issues. Though money got debuted from my card, I was not sure if I will be able to get the ticket as it was Tatkal booking and the seats vanish soon. To my surprise I got a notification from ixigo after a few hours that the site is up and I could complete the transaction. I continued the transaction and I was delighted to see that the Tatkal seat was indeed booked.
Also the coach and seat positions has been correct all the time which helps in boarding at the stations without any hassle.

I am writing to bring to your attention some critical areas for improvement in your application. While your app serves as a convenient tool for travelers, there are several bugs and features that hinder the user experience: PNR Tracking Glitches: The app abruptly logs users out and deletes all upcoming PNRs upon re-login. This inconvenience disrupts travel planning and undermines the reliability of the app's PNR tracking feature. Platform Change Suggestions Ignored: Users' suggestions for platform changes are not considered, as the app continues to display old, irrelevant information. This oversight can lead to confusion and potential missed trains for passengers. QR Scanner Integration: Integrate a QR scanner feature to facilitate the seamless addition of new PNRs. This addition would streamline and enhance user convenience. PNR Prioritizations and Display: Address the issue where the app becomes confused when multiple PNRs for trains running simultaneously are added. Users encounter difficulties as the app fails to prioritize and display the relevant PNRs correctly, leading to a disjointed user experience. Addressing these issues will greatly enhance the usability and reliability of your application, ensuring a smoother and more efficient travel experience for users.
