Worth installing it to check the availability and all

It’s a good application to install to check an availability, waiting list, track a pnr however I would strongly recommend not to book a ticket through this app because in case you book a ticket via this app and then you cancel that ticket, you will get the refund of the ticket after a minimum time of 6-7 days only and on the other hand, if you cancel a ticket via direct irctc website you can easily get the refund of your ticket within 2-3 working days and most importantly the worst thing is that their customer care number never answers the call and you end up dialling the number.

Update: Their representatives contacted via call and email and I am changing the ratings as well for now.

This app is unbelievable, these guys don’t have a customer care to talk. What they have is an automated response. For the past two days, I have told them many times that my balance got deducted and they ask me to select trip ID, to which I replied that I am not sure which it is. The response I get is they will look into the matter.
Now when I ask after 24 hours, they again ask me to select trip ID, to which I again reply that I am sure of it and they again say they will look into the matter.
It’s pretty frustrating and I have no where to go and don’t who to contact, that’s why I am posting about it here. Such an unprofessional app! But I realised only after my money has been deducted.

Yesterday I booked a flight because Ixigo has offered Rs 800 cash back for first time user. But while booking a train ticket only Rs 10 used for train tickets rest I have used from my card/bank, that means if I have to utilize this Rs 800 than I have to book train tickets 80 times( 80x10 Rs every time will be used) where as the ixigo service charges & payment gateway charges Very high. on Rs 290 ticket I have been charged Rs 26 and and on Rs 1540 tickets Rs 73 has been charged on a single ticket.
The point is that we are able to use our cash back point first or Minimum 25 % amount to be utilized. Or Minimum service charge/payment gateway charges amount should be utilized from cash back. How ever app is nice. Some times running status not being updated.
